Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support a not-for-profit organisation through growth with robust financial insight and strong governance. You will lead reporting, budgeting, forecasting and process improvements across multiple sites, partnering with senior leaders to drive efficiency and strategic decision-making.

The role emphasises familiarising with KPIs, dashboards and audit processes, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA or equivalent by experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret financial data and influence stakeholders.
• Proven experience in management accounting, business partnering, or FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to operational teams, providing financial insight and challenge to support decision-making.
• Lead monthly management accounts preparation, including variance analysis and commentary.
• Partner with budget holders to develop forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Deliver financial modelling and scenario planning to support business cases and investment decisions.
• Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and process improvements across departments.
• Support the development of KPIs and performance dashboards to enhance financial visibility.
• Collaborate with wider finance and non-finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
• Contribute to year-end processes and liaise with auditors as required.
