Job summary

RG Consultancy in Leeds is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join the finance team. You will support the Finance Director with financial reporting, analysis and strategic decision-making, delivering accurate reports and commercial insights.

You will oversee month-end close, costing, profitability analysis and budgeting processes, ensuring strong internal controls and timely information for the Board.

Qualifications

• CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified or part-qualified or qualified by experience.
• Strong Excel skills with complex formulas and data analysis.
• Experience presenting complex financial information clearly to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and delivery of financial reports, management accounts and KPI reporting.
• Monitor gross profit margins and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Provide financial analysis and commercial insight to support strategic decisions.
