Talentedge is working with a high growth media agency looking to hire a Commercial Finance Manager to play a key role in their Finance Team, helping to drive business growth and advising senior stakeholders.

This is an exciting, newly created opportunity with excellent business partnering exposure, working closely with the Commercial Finance Director as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor revenue consolidation and collection with the Commercial Finance Director
• Ensure successful onboarding of new clients alongside the Commercial Finance Director
• Lead and assist with pitches and client contract negotiations
• Prepare commercial proposals for business development
• Coordinate with teams for accurate project pricing
• Collaborate with client leads on resource management, reforecasting, and margin improvement
• Partner with clients and provide insights to support business decisions
• Maintain contact with new and existing clients
• Support negotiation of profitable business terms
• Identify areas for growth and process improvement
• Participate in ad hoc projects

The Ideal Candidate:

• ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified accountant
• Experience in a media or marketing agency
• Strong academic background
• Excellent commercial acumen and business partnering skills
