As a Commercial Finance Manager, you will be a key part of the Central Finance Team, collaborating closely with stakeholders and commercial teams to provide valuable insights and analysis.

Reporting to the Commercial Finance Controller, you will influence decisions and drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop portfolio analysis linked to management reviews; influence commercial, brand, and development teams to maximize profitability.
2. Manage customer pricing models and analyze inflation/deflation impacts, providing clarity on financial effects.
3. Partner with the commercial team, working through various scenarios throughout the year.
4. Own balance sheet reconciliations for discounts, ensuring robustness and traceability.
5. Prepare brand P&Ls and participate in monthly business reviews.
6. Contribute to delivering the annual budget as part of the finance team.
7. Support the commercial team in financial appraisal of monthly demand re-forecasts.
8. Work effectively in a fast-paced, growing environment.
9. Possess strong Microsoft Excel skills.
10. Be highly organized with excellent time management.
11. Build strong relationships through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Maintain high attention to detail.
13. Demonstrate commercial awareness and business acumen.
14. Be inquisitive, willing to challenge and improve processes.
15. Hold professional qualifications (CIMA or ACCA preferred).
16. Have a full, clean UK driving license.
