Zusammenfassung

Advanced Electronics, part of Halma plc, is seeking a Commercial Finance Lead in the UK to drive data-led decision making across revenue, margins, inventory and working capital. You will partner with Finance, Sales, Product, Operations and Supply Chain to deliver forecasting, budgeting, pricing analysis and strategic planning for profitability and cash generation.

You will lead financial modelling, scenario planning and KPI reporting, using Power BI and ERP systems, to support business growth

Qualifikationen

• Qualified or part-qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with FP&A or management accounting experience.
• Strong financial modelling and forecasting capability.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience analysing revenue, margin and cost performance.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-to-insight ability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider team.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.

Aufgaben

• Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial plans with key stakeholders.
• Develop robust financial models and what-if scenarios for planning.
• Forecast revenue, gross margin, opex and working capital monthly.
• Provide pricing analysis and support commercial decisions.
• Analyse revenue, margin by customer/product/region/channel.
• Support inventory valuation and working capital improvement.
• Develop reporting dashboards with Power BI and ERP systems.
• Drive automation and data quality in management information.
