Job Description

• Budgeting & Forecasting – Lead annual budget process, improve speed and accuracy of builds, and manage rolling quarterly re-forecasts.
• Pricing & Margin Analysis – Oversee pricing models, track actual margins vs. forecasts, and implement corrective actions for variances.
• Commercial Support – Provide financial challenge and risk mitigation for tenders and evaluate business cases using ROI and investment appraisal techniques.
• Scenario & Financial Modelling – Develop models for revenue volatility, occupancy, productivity, margins, funding ROI, and stress testing for sustainability.
• Finance Business Partnering – Drive actionable insights, support Directors across multiple business areas, and lead monthly performance reviews with senior leadership.
• Insight & Reporting – Oversee management accounts, improve efficiency via ERP, develop dashboards and KPIs, and deliver timely, high-quality reporting.
• ERP Leadership – Act as Finance lead for ERP rollout, eliminate manual processes, strengthen controls, and optimize system use for commercial outputs.
• People Management & Culture – Build a high-performance finance team, manage recruitment, training, and HR processes, and embed a culture focused on analysis and insight.
