Job summary

Allianz in Guildford is hiring a Finance Business Partner to drive monthly revenue and expense reporting, forecasting and analysis. You will partner with senior stakeholders across the Commercial business and support annual budgeting and planning processes.

You will model broker opportunities, produce performance reporting and deliver commercial insights to influence strategic decisions. The role blends finance expertise with strong collaboration in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• CIMA or ACCA qualified.
• Knowledge of management accounting techniques and financial planning processes.
• Experience providing financial advice, insight and support to senior stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills, including working with large data sets and developing complex financial models.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to understand wider business objectives and apply financial insight to support decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the confidence to challenge constructively and influence stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritise workload, manage competing demands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Aptitude for systems development and technology-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

Role Description

Join our Commercial Finance Business Partnering team and play a key role in supporting the Commercial business across financial planning, performance analysis, budgeting, business modelling and strategic decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your commercial finance expertise while partnering with senior stakeholders and contributing to key business initiatives within a dynamic insurance environment.

Location: This role is be based in our Guildford office, please note that this is a hybrid working role with the expectation that attend the office 40% of your time.

Salary Information

Pay: Circa £60,000 per year.

The salary offered will be based on your experience, skills and location and forms part of our market-leading total rewards package.

About You

As a Finance Business Partner, you will:

• Knowledge of Anaplan and experience using planning, forecasting or reporting systems.

• Responsible Artificial Intelligence usage and an interest in leveraging AI tools to improve processes and business outcomes.
