CityFibre, the UK’s largest independent full fibre network, offers a hybrid Finance Business Partner role within the Commercial Finance team. You will work with Network Delivery and PPC to provide commercial insight, challenge assumptions and influence investment decisions across a major programme.

Ideal candidates are qualified accountants with strong partnering experience, proficient in Excel and at least basic Power BI analytics.

Job Description

Joining us as a Finance Business Partner - Network Delivery

Join our Commercial Finance team as a Finance Business Partner supporting Network Delivery and PPC. You'll work closely with operational leaders to provide commercial insight, identify risks and opportunities, challenge assumptions and influence decisions that drive performance across one of CityFibre's largest investment programmes.

What you'll bring to the role

You'll be a commercially focused qualified accountant who enjoys partnering with the business, influencing decision-making and turning financial insight into action. You'll be comfortable challenging stakeholders, analysing complex data and helping leaders make better decisions in a fast-paced environment.

You'll also have:

• Experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or FP&A
• Strong commercial acumen with evidence of influencing business decisions and outcomes
• Experience building business cases, investment appraisals and financial models
• Ability to identify and communicate risks, opportunities and performance drivers
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge constructively
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar analytical tools is advantageous
