Are you a finance professional ready to step into a strategic, visible, and influential role?

We are seeking a commercially astute, financially literate, and proactive analyst to drive automation, financial planning, and commercial insight across multiple business functions. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll transform raw financial data into actionable insights and introduce AI-driven processes to improve spend management, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO to provide a consolidated view of departmental spend across HR, IT, Tech, Operations, and Product.
• Analyse financial data from sources like Sage, Oracle, SAP, and create dynamic reports and dashboards.
• Lead the design and implementation of automation and AI tools to streamline invoice approvals, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Identify opportunities for procurement, outsourcing, or contract renegotiation to reduce costs.
• Work on forecasting, planning, and scenario modeling, including pricing and vendor strategies.
• Collaborate with the Finance Director and Retail Director to align reporting standards.
• Assist with payment and billing system implementation, especially for corporate clients using RVS services.
• Introduce best practices in commercial operations, preferably with experience from a vendor or seller perspective.

Position Details

• Permanent, Full-time (35 hours/week)
• Experience in commercial finance, operations, or transformation; qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or equivalent experience with strong financial literacy.
• Advanced Excel skills, including automation and data analysis.
• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Power BI AI visuals, CoPilot, or automation platforms.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to challenge existing processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with staff and senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading finance modernization and automation initiatives.
• Commercial mindset, including pricing, scenario modeling, and investment thinking.
