Are you a finance professional ready to step into a strategic, visible, and influential role?

We are seeking a commercially astute, financially literate, and proactive analyst to drive automation, financial planning, and commercial insight across multiple business functions. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll transform raw financial data into actionable insights and introduce AI-driven processes to improve spend management, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO to provide a strategic view of departmental spend across HR, IT, Tech, Operations, and Product.
• Analyse financial data from sources like Sage, Oracle, SAP, transforming it into dynamic reports and dashboards.
• Lead the design and implementation of automation and AI tools to streamline invoice approvals, reporting, and budgeting.
• Identify opportunities for smarter procurement, outsourcing, or renegotiation to reduce spend.
• Work on forecasting, planning, and scenario modelling, including pricing changes and vendor strategies.
• Collaborate with the Finance Director and Retail Director to align reporting standards.
• Assist with implementing payment and billing systems, especially for corporate clients using RVS services.
• Introduce best practices in commercial operations, ideally with vendor/seller experience.

Position Details: Permanent, Full-time (35 hours/week)

Experience & Skills

• Experience in commercial finance, operations, or transformation; qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or qualified by experience with strong financial knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills, particularly in automating data handling and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Power BI AI visuals, CoPilot, or automation platforms.
• Self-starter with high initiative, comfortable challenging existing processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills, confident in engaging with staff and senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading manual finance environments towards modernisation and automation.
• Commercial mindset with confidence in pricing, scenario modelling, and investment analysis.
