You'll partner with Marketing and cross-functional teams to develop financial models, analyse campaigns and trials, review performance and quantify ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial finance or finance analyst role.
• Partner with commercial stakeholders to support business decisions.
• Progress towards CIMA/ACCA/ACA with evidence of study.
• Understand key financial drivers: sales, margin, profitability, ROI.
• Strong Excel and Office skills with large data analysis and modelling.
• Experience in commercial performance reviews and variance analysis.
• Ability to compare forecast vs actual outcomes and translate findings into recommendations.
• Strong communication to explain financial information to finance and non-finance audiences.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing to provide financial insight and support decision-making.
• Develop financial models with assumptions and scenario inputs.
• Evaluate commercial initiatives, campaigns and trials with robust analysis.
• Compare forecasted outcomes to actual results and identify drivers of variance.
• Create business cases, investment proposals and commercial recommendations.
• Deliver post-campaign reviews translating data into commercial insight.
• Inform future recommendations with analysis of broader impact.
• Provide timely analysis in response to ad hoc requests.
• Challenge assumptions and ensure decisions are evidence-based.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, modelling and analytical processes.
