Job summary

ALLSAINTS Retail Limited in London is seeking a Finance Analyst to support trade performance reporting, budgeting, and commercial analysis. You will build dashboards, model ROI, and translate data into clear insights for senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include store financial reporting, forecasting cycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine templates. Hybrid role based in East London studios with strong analytics exposure.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified or actively studying towards CIMA/ACCA/ACA.
• Experience in a finance or analytical role, ideally retail/FMCG.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficient Excel/Google Sheets; ability to summarise data for non-finance partners; BI familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Trade performance reporting: daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards and trends.
• Investment decision support: build business cases and ROI tracking for DTC growth.
• Store performance: prepare financial reports and variances vs budgets.
• Ad-hoc analysis and data queries for commercial requests.
• Planning and forecasting: assist budgeting, scenarios, and variance drivers.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Trade performance reporting: Assist in the delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly DTC performance reporting, maintaining key dashboards and highlighting trends for senior team members to review
• Investment decision support: Support the build of business cases and post-implementation reviews by gathering financial data, building initial financial models, and tracking ROI metrics for DTC growth initiatives
• Store performance: Prepare and update store financial reporting packages, tracking key operating metrics to help highlight performance variances against budgets and targets
• Ad-hoc decision support: Run financial analysis and data queries to support specific commercial requests, helping translate raw data into clear summaries for business stakeholders
• Planning and forecasting: Provide analytical support during the budgeting and forecasting cycles by consolidating input templates, running scenario checks, and reconciling key variance drivers
• Team collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior analysts to share data, standardise reporting processes, and continuously refine financial templates

What skills do I need?

• Part-qualified or active studying towards CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in a finance or analytical role, ideally within retail, FMCG, or consumer-facing industries, with a foundational understanding of key retail KPIs
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach to building working relationships across cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical background with proficient Excel/Google Sheets skills, familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, BigQuery, or Power BI), and the ability to summarize financial data clearly for non-finance partners
