• Experience in Commercial Excellence or Sales Force Effectiveness in pharma or healthcare.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and BI tools.
• Expertise in customer segmentation, targeting and performance management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience operating in international, matrixed organisations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Commercial Excellence strategy across Europe, translating objectives into measurable outcomes.
• Own CRM analytics and reporting across multiple countries and therapeutic areas.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards and reporting frameworks to support strategic decisions.
• Lead targeting and segmentation initiatives across markets and brands.
• Design and manage incentive programmes aligned with business objectives.
• Deliver regular business reviews and performance discussions with leadership.
