IQVIA in Reading seeks an experienced Marketing Lead to shape and execute strategy for a multi-country immunology & inflammation portfolio. You will drive portfolio planning, omnichannel customer engagement and launch readiness, while guiding a team of Brand Managers across European markets.

You will partner with Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs and senior client stakeholders to translate priorities into compelling value propositions and measurable outcomes, ensuring consistent brand

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology or healthcare marketing.
• Proven success leading brand strategy and customer engagement initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple brands, therapeutic areas or product portfolios (immunology experience preferred).
• Previous experience leading or developing marketing teams.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and customer engagement approaches.
• Experience supporting product launches and lifecycle management activities.
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to work effectively within complex, matrixed and international environments.
• Passion for improving customer experiences and driving meaningful impact in healthcare.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute integrated portfolio strategies across multiple brands and therapeutic areas.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Brand Managers operating across multiple European markets.
• Drive consistency of strategic planning, execution and performance measurement across all brands across Europe.
• Drive the development and implementation of integrated customer engagement strategies across digital and field-based channels.
• Oversee the development and execution of brand campaigns, customer engagement programs and lifecycle initiatives.
• Provide strategic oversight for launch planning and lifecycle management activities.
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated execution.
