Mobility Global, the company behind CARFAX, is seeking a driven professional to join our Commercial Operations team in the UK. You will manage renewal processes across business units and coordinate with commercial teams to ensure seamless contract continuations.

You will monitor renewal risks, support planning solutions, analyze data, and contribute to forecasting. A UK-based remote or hybrid setup allows flexible work while collaborating with cross-functional colleagues.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in commercial operations or sales support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical, data management and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal processes across business units with regular communication to commercial teams to ensure seamless contract continuations.
• Monitor renewal risks and provide timely updates and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Support day-to-day commercial enablement operations for Planning solutions to ensure efficient workflow and process adherence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and maintain renewal pipeline information and forecasting data.
• Assist in commercial planning activities, including data analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve renewal-related issues and optimize customer retention strategies.
