Job summary

Renelec Building Services, an electrical contracting division of the Renelec Group, is seeking a Commercial Electrician to perform electrical installations across commercial, industrial and MOD sites. The role includes supervising apprentices and ensuring high workmanship, quality control, and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) required.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations must be met.
• AM2 qualification essential.
• Minimum 3 years experience in electrical installation.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• IPAF preferred; 2391 testing desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installation works across commercial/industrial/MOD sites.
• Take and check off deliveries and attend site coordination meetings.
• Complete company documentation accurately and on time.
• Supervise apprentices and colleagues as required.
• Order materials and maintain high workmanship standards.
• Uphold good time keeping and motivate the team.
• Communicate issues promptly to management.

About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and qualified Electrician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will carry out a variety of electrical installation works across commercial / industrial / MOD sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Taking and checking off deliveries


• Attending daily / Weekly site coordination meetings


• Complete company documentation correctly and on time


• Supervising apprentices and colleagues depending on role


• Ordering materials


• Maintaining a high quality of workmanship

Requirements

About you:
