Job summary

Renelec Building Services is seeking a motivated Commercial Electrician to cover commercial, industrial, and MOD sites in Wiltshire and Berkshire. The role focuses on high-quality electrical installation work, fault finding, and ensuring safety standards across projects.

Candidates should hold NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, AM2 and have at least 3 years of experience. A full UK driving licence is required; ECS Gold Card is preferred. The company offers training, PPE, and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations required.
• AM2 qualification preferred/required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Take and check deliveries.
• Attend daily/weekly site coordination meetings.
• Complete company documentation accurately and on time.
• Supervise apprentices and other staff as required.
• Order materials and maintain stock.
• Maintain high workmanship quality.
• Uphold punctuality and timekeeping.

Salary: £44,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience & qualifications

Renelec Building Services, an electrical contracting division of the Renelec Group, has a rich history in Devizes dating back to the 1950s. Over the years since then we have grown steadily to a size capable of executing major contracts in the industrial, commercial, and housing sectors.

We are looking for a motivated and qualified Electrician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will carry out a variety of electrical installation works across commercial / industrial / MOD sites.
