Job summary

Structure Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Electrician for a project in Reigate, Surrey. The contract runs for at least 4 months with a strong chance of extension.

The role covers first and second fix installation, containment, cabling, distribution boards, lighting and emergency lighting on a commercial site. You must hold an NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, ECS/JIB Gold Card and bring your own tools and PPE.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification.
• ECS/JIB Gold Card.
• 18th Edition (BS 7671).
• Commercial installation experience.
• Own hand tools and PPE.
• Own transport; travel to site.
• Able to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Installing first and second fix on a commercial project.
• Installing containment: cable tray, basket, trunking and conduit.
• Running and terminating SWA and other cabling.
• Fitting distribution boards, lighting, small power and emergency lighting.
• Working from drawings and specifications to a high standard.
• Working safely on site with other trades.

The role

What you'll need

• * Proven commercial installation experience\
• * Your own hand tools and PPE
• * Your own transport, as travel to site is required. Parking on site available
• * Able to start ASAP

• * IPAF / PASMA
• * Testing & Inspection (2391 or equivalent)
