Basic salary: £35,000-£42,000

Realistic OTE: £63,000-£69,000+

The Opportunity

Valoris Group Limited is recruiting experienced Commercial Electricians to support the mobilisation of a major five-year electrical compliance contract.

This is a long-term opportunity offering job security, a consistent workload and excellent earning potential. The work forms part of a structured national programme, making it ideal for electricians who want reliable earnings without gaps between projects.

The Role

• Completing Electrical Installation Condition Reports
• Carrying out emergency lighting inspections and testing
• Undertaking thermal imaging surveys, with full training provided
• Completing reports accurately and working to agreed productivity targets

All work is pre-planned and organised as part of a national rollout, allowing you to focus on completing high-quality testing efficiently and safely.

Working Pattern

• Monday to Thursday, with Fridays available as an optional working day
• Standard hours of 12:00pm-10:00pm, including a one-hour break
• Four-day core working week
• Combination of standard-hours and enhanced-rate evening work
• Approximately 50% working away from home on a planned rotation

The working pattern has been designed to provide a strong work-life balance while allowing engineers to maximise their earnings through enhanced rates and optional Friday work.

Salary and Package

• Basic salary of £35,000-£42,000
• Realistic OTE of £63,000-£69,000+
• Enhanced pay rates for work completed after 6:00pm
• £40 allowance for each night spent working away
• £20 daily bonus for achieving agreed targets
• Consistent, pre-planned workload throughout the contract

Productive and flexible engineers will have a clear opportunity to earn significantly above their basic salary.

• Ability to work accurately and efficiently within a target-based environment
