Job summary

Metro Rod Deeside & North Wales seeks an experienced Drainage Engineer for a Monday to Friday role, 7:30am–5pm. Salary circa £35,000 basic plus overtime, on-call & benefits. The role covers reactive drainage, maintenance, and specialist works across commercial sites.

You will perform CCTV surveys and high‑pressure jetting with focus on safety and customer service, contributing to our growing service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial drainage.
• Experience using electro-mechanical cleaning equipment.
• High pressure water jetting experience.
• CCTV surveying experience.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out a range of drainage cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance tasks.
• Operation of High-Pressure Water Jetting equipment following safety standards.
• Carrying out CCTV surveys.
• Recording work details in internal/client systems.
• Communicating with clients and support centre to ensure excellent service.
