IPS Group Limited in the North West region seeks an experienced Commercial Disputes Lawyer (5+ PQE) to join its growing Commercial Litigation team. The role offers hybrid working, exposure to high-quality transactional work, and clear progression opportunities within a supportive practice.

The successful candidate will handle a broad caseload for owner-managed businesses and larger corporates, delivering commercial advice and negotiating effectively while working closely with Partners.

• 5+ PQE ideally gained from a recognised commercial litigation practice.
• Strong technical expertise across a broad range of cases.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• A commercial and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
