Commercial Dispute Resolution Senior Associate
Bristol, Bath or Swindon
We're working with a highly regarded regional firm looking to grow its Commercial Dispute Resolution team with the addition of a Senior Associate to join them with the flexibility of being based in either their Bristol, Bath or Swindon office.
For the right individual, our client can also consider hiring at the Salaried Partner level.
With the flexibility of hybrid working, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and genuinely welcoming team.
The role offers exposure to a broad and high-quality caseload acting for a diverse mix of clients - from corporates and SMEs to family-owned businesses. You'll be advising on a range of commercial disputes and litigation matters, including:
The ideal candidate will bring solid dispute resolution experience and a confident, client-focused approach. You'll be comfortable running your own matters and contributing to team workstreams, while maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
You'll also be involved in cross-office collaboration across the wider dispute resolution practice, so there's real scope to broaden your experience and profile.
