Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes.
• Assist on high-value litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Advise on strategic dispute management and risk, drafting documents.
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, witness statements and other legal docs.
• Support court proceedings, arbitration, mediation and other ADR.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and participate in BD.

The Opportunity

Joining a collaborative and high-performing team, you will work on a broad range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters for major corporate clients, public sector organisations, and high-net-worth individuals across a variety of sectors.

The team is recognised for delivering commercial, practical and innovative solutions to complex business disputes, often acting on matters involving significant financial and reputational risk. You will have the opportunity to work on both domestic and cross-border disputes while collaborating closely with colleagues across multiple legal disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and supporting a varied caseload of commercial disputes.
• Assisting on complex, high-value litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Advising clients on strategic dispute management and risk mitigation.
• Drafting correspondence, pleadings, witness statements and other legal documentation.
• Supporting court proceedings, arbitration, mediation, adjudication and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Participating in business development, networking and marketing initiatives.

About You

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with at least 3 years' PQE gained within a recognised commercial litigation or dispute resolution team.
