My client, a rapid growth FX, digital exchange and insurance start-up is seeking a Commercial Leader to join a high-performing commercial team to lead growth to their data-driven platform by accessing and converting new and existing customers with the central goal of reaching ambitious and realistic premium traded targets.

Mission? Bring Trillions of Dollars from commercial insurance into the 21st century.

Insight: Partners in late 2022, since processed $100M+ of premium with 27 broking houses and 22 insurers. Currently targeting $1B of premium to flow through Exchange by Q4 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, qualify and covert a pipeline of business development opportunities.

- Lead scoping of opportunities, fee negotiation with both new and existing customers

- Inspire, motivate and develop team members to constantly enhance the collective ability

What we need!

- Proven ability to own the delivery of commercial targets in a B2B Environment

- Ability to generate leads, progress pipeline and win business

- Experience in the London insurance market (Insurance, Advisory, Brokerage, Sales).
