FleishmanHillard in London seeks an experienced Commercial Director to lead the UK Commercial Team and act as the chief commercial adviser to client leaders, partnering with the UK CFO and regional finance leads to optimise profitability and growth.

You will drive pricing strategy, client negotiations, and financial modelling while mentoring senior finance professionals and coordinating with Global/US finance teams to deliver a best-in-class commercial function.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving financial performance in a service-based environment.
• Expertise in pricing, client negotiations, and financial modelling.
• Experience implementing and managing new business systems and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead as commercial leader across the agency, reporting to UK finance lead.
• Support pricing strategy and client contract negotiations.
• Drive excellence in UK commercial business partnering with a client-centric approach.
• Provide financial updates and recommendations to leadership.
• Oversee training and development of the commercial team and resource planning.
• Collaborate with global finance teams and UK/US partners.
