Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior commercial management role within construction.

• Essential: Previous responsibility for the commercial performance of a division, department or substantial portfolio of projects.

• Demonstrable experience managing and developing a team of Quantity Surveyors.

• Strong commercial, contractual and financial management expertise.

• Experience overseeing significant annual turnover, ideally £30m £50m+.

• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: £100,000+ depending on experience.

• Flexible Benefits Allowance: £10,000 per annum, which can be allocated towards a car allowance, private healthcare or other benefits.

• Pension: 3% employer contribution.

• Fuel Card: Provided.

• Annual Leave: 22 days plus bank holidays and discretionary Christmas leave.
