Taylor Root is seeking a Commercial Counsel in Birmingham to provide legal and strategic support to UK and EMEIA teams. You will draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including client engagement agreements, supplier contracts, technology licences, and partnerships, while advising on risk, data protection, IP, and governance issues.

• Qualified solicitor with 4-8 years' PQE
• Strong commercial contracts experience and the ability to manage complex negotiations
• Solid understanding of commercial, technology, intellectual property, and data protection law
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong commercial awareness

Responsabilités

• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts including client engagement agreements, supplier contracts, technology licences and partnership arrangements
• Advise on risk management, data protection, IP and corporate governance issues
• Work closely with UK and EMEIA stakeholders across the organisation
• Support ongoing contract governance and compliance activities
