Wiz, a leading cloud and AI security platform, is expanding its EMEA legal team and seeking a Commercial Counsel to support revenue teams in the UK and broader region. You will translate legal risks into business terms and help accelerate deal velocity.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating SaaS, professional services, partner agreements and DPAs, while improving templates and processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Admitted to the bar in Israel, UK, or at least one European country.
• 4+ years of in-house legal experience in a software/technology company.
• Proficiency in English and either French or German.

Responsabilités

• Act as a legal business partner to EMEA revenue teams, translating legal risks into business context.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of agreements including SaaS contracts, professional services agreements, partner agreements, and NDAs.
• Provide advice on contract interpretation to accelerate deal velocity.
• Support data privacy compliance, specifically regarding DPAs.
• Improve agreement templates and legal processes while managing a heavy workflow efficiently.
