About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contract and Proposal Specialist to join our Logistics team within the Commercial department. This role supports the commercial execution by working across internal teams to build high-quality customer proposals, manage contract processes, and contribute to key tender submissions.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop tailored customer proposals.
2. Support the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and standards.
3. Review customer contracts, summarize key terms, flag risks, and liaise with legal counsel for negotiations.
4. Build professional, on-brand pitch decks for presentations.
5. Produce and maintain monthly logistics pipeline reports with key commercial insights.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in commercial, consultancy, or business operations environment.
• Confidence working with contracts and commercial documentation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with e-mobility or EV infrastructure is beneficial but not essential.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with CRM or project management tools is a plus.
