• Deal with technology and IT contracts.
• Negotiate procurement and framework agreements.
• Structure joint ventures and strategic commercial arrangements.
• License and IP agreements.
• Address commercial aspects of corporate transactions.
• Negotiate high-value contractual arrangements.
