About Our Client

Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to contract terms and milestones (Contract Compliance).
  • Act as the primary contact for Local Authorities and CCGs (Liaison).
  • Maintain strategic partnerships beyond contract end dates (Strategic Partnership).
  • Negotiate and finalize commercial terms and variations (Negotiation).
  • Assess and mitigate contractual risks monthly (Risk Management).
  • Resolve contract compliance issues (Compliance Resolution).
  • Lead tender submissions for new services (Tender Submissions).
  • Develop initiatives to secure new contracts (Social Value Initiatives).
  • Manage contracts with a focus on continuous improvement (Continuous Improvement).
  • Provide monthly KPIs (KPI Reporting).
  • Monitor and improve service levels and KPIs (Performance Monitoring).
  • Deliver exemplary customer interactions (Customer Interaction).
  • Support stakeholders with contractual matters (Stakeholder Support).
  • Coach internal teams on contract understanding (Coaching).
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in development, drafting, structuring, negotiating, and managing contracts.
  • Proven experience collaborating with internal stakeholders on financial evaluation of proposals/opportunities from a cost and risk perspective.
  • Experience developing business cases or recommendations regarding business proposals.
  • Proven experience leading and submitting tender submissions.
  • Experience in health and social care sectors.
  • Experience working with Local Authority contracts.
