Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to contract terms and milestones (Contract Compliance).
- Act as the primary contact for Local Authorities and CCGs (Liaison).
- Maintain strategic partnerships beyond contract end dates (Strategic Partnership).
- Negotiate and finalize commercial terms and variations (Negotiation).
- Assess and mitigate contractual risks monthly (Risk Management).
- Resolve contract compliance issues (Compliance Resolution).
- Lead tender submissions for new services (Tender Submissions).
- Develop initiatives to secure new contracts (Social Value Initiatives).
- Manage contracts with a focus on continuous improvement (Continuous Improvement).
- Provide monthly KPIs (KPI Reporting).
- Monitor and improve service levels and KPIs (Performance Monitoring).
- Deliver exemplary customer interactions (Customer Interaction).
- Support stakeholders with contractual matters (Stakeholder Support).
- Coach internal teams on contract understanding (Coaching).
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years' experience in development, drafting, structuring, negotiating, and managing contracts.
- Proven experience collaborating with internal stakeholders on financial evaluation of proposals/opportunities from a cost and risk perspective.
- Experience developing business cases or recommendations regarding business proposals.
- Proven experience leading and submitting tender submissions.
- Experience in health and social care sectors.
- Experience working with Local Authority contracts.
