About the Commercial Contracts Lawyer position:

Sellick Partnership is thrilled to be assisting a Local Authority in Surrey, who are looking to recruit a Commercial Contracts Lawyer on a permanent, full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking, cohesive and flexible legal services team.

Responsibilities of the Commercial Contracts Lawyer will include:

• Holding full conduct of a varied caseload, which may include matters such as company law, subsidy control, NEC's and JCT contracts, service agreements and general contract queries.
• Supervising more junior members of staff.
• Deputising for the Principal Solicitor, where necessary.

Experience required for the Commercial Contracts Lawyer position:

• Qualified Solicitor/Barrister/Legal Executive.
• Negotiating and drafting experience.
