Job summary

TLT LLP in the UK invites applications for an Associate to join the Digital, Data and Commercial team with offices in Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester or Edinburgh. Flexible working suits a junior solicitor 0–3 years PQE.

You will handle varied commercial contracts, advise across sectors including energy, retail and the public sector, and work with Partners to meet tight deadlines. You’ll also supervise trainees and contribute to BD efforts.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 0–3 years PQE in commercial contracts.
• Experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
• Desirable sector exposure: energy, retail or public sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial contract matters.
• Advice on outsourcing, joint ventures and franchising.
• Collaborate with colleagues across locations to meet deadlines.
• Supervise Trainees and Paralegals within the team.
• Develop and nurture client relationships for business growth.
