Well-respected commercial general contractor is seeking a Working Foreman due to growth. Our projects are in NH, Southwestern ME, and in MA near the NH border. The ideal candidate will need to be flexible and understand there are some projects where they will be a carpenter and others where they will be a working foreman/superintendent, working collaboratively with the PM to ensure the work progresses according to schedule, budget, and meets the company's quality and safety standards.

Applicants must:

1. Be able to pass federal background check for military work and be a US citizen.
2. Pass drug testing.
3. Have a minimum of 5 years of commercial carpentry experience and 2 years supervising construction projects, for both private and government work.
4. Have experience in interior/exterior renovations, ground-up construction, and working in occupied buildings.
5. Have experience with metal & wood framing.
6. Have experience in commercial doors/windows and hardware.
7. Have rough and finish carpentry skills.
8. Be able to work with minimal supervision.
9. Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
10. Be competent in negotiations, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
11. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret contract drawings and specifications.
12. Familiar with working on laptops doing daily reports and logging progress photos.
13. Have a minimum of a 10-Hour OSHA Certificate, preferably a 30-Hour OSHA.
14. Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
15. Be willing to travel up to 1 hour from Manchester, NH.
