Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist (Customer-Facing) to join a high-profile NHS-focused team for a 6-month contract. The role centers on supporting the National Immunisation Programme and a COPD quality improvement initiative across primary care in East Anglia, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire and Surrey.

Qualifications

• Registration as a Pharmacist and registration to the relevant professional body.
• Experience working at PCN or ICB level.
• Understanding of how GP practices, PCNs and wider NHS systems operate.
• Experience supporting patient search, recall and action processes, particularly vaccination programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver against objectives and KPIs.
• Commercial mindset with a patient-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Support the National Immunisation Programme across NHS systems.
• Work with Integrated Care Systems and Primary Care Networks to drive vaccine uptake.
