Job summary

Network, part of the Airedale Group, is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Catering Engineer to join our Field Service team. You will maintain, repair and service a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment, ensuring our clients operate safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the commercial catering sector.
• Full UK driving licence.
• CCCN1 qualification.
• COMCAT 1, 2, 3 and 5 qualifications.
• Electrically competent.
• Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain a wide range of commercial catering equipment.
• Carry out high-quality repairs and servicing of equipment (microwaves, combi ovens, dishwashers, fryers, chargrills, other).
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to minimise downtime.
• Ensure all work is safe, efficient and of high standard.
• Maintain excellent customer service and communication on site.
• Participate in the on-call rota (1 week in 4).
• Complete service and maintenance documentation accurately.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Catering Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service in the maintenance, repair and servicing of commercial kitchen equipment, ensuring our clients operations run smoothly, safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Service and maintain a wide range of commercial catering equipment.
• Carry out high-quality repairs and servicing of equipment, including:
  • Microwaves
  • Combi ovens
  • Dishwashers
  • Fryers
  • Chargrills
  • Other specialist commercial catering equipment
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs to minimise equipment downtime.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high professional standard.
• Maintain excellent customer service and communication when attending client sites.
• Participate in the on-call rota, 1 week in 4.
• Demonstrate a proactive, can-do attitude with excellent attention to detail.
• Complete all relevant service and maintenance documentation accurately.

Key Requirements

Essential

• Previous experience working within the commercial catering sector.
• Full UK driving licence.
• CCCN1 qualification.
• COMCAT 1, 2, 3 and 5 qualifications.
• Electrically competent.
• Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
• A professional and customer-focused approach.

Desirable

• LPG qualification/experience.
• Experience working across a broad range of commercial catering equipment.
• Manufacturer-specific training and qualifications.
