As we modernise and innovate, we're looking for a Commercial Business Process Architect to lead this change at the heart of our EMEA Commercial Operations.

This is a high-impact leadership role, ideal for a strategic thinker and transformation expert ready to drive operational excellence across our Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Pricing, and Customer Experience functions.

What you will be doing

• Lead and optimise end-to-end commercial processes across the EMEA region.
• Champion Ricoh’s transformation as the European Process Owner (EPO) for Commercial, aligning strategy, governance, and execution across our matrix organization.
• Partner with senior leaders across the business to design, implement, and continuously improve scalable and effective commercial practices.
• Influence at the highest levels while mentoring and empowering regional and HQ-based teams to deliver excellence.
• Deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, customer experience, and commercial performance.
• Drive strategic initiatives and transformation projects aligned with business goals.
• Develop and implement governance frameworks and standards for commercial process and data management.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and IT functions to unify and streamline commercial processes.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to design future-state commercial models.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track success and guide continuous improvement.
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach across Commercial Operations teams in Europe.

You will ideally have

• Extensive leadership experience in commercial operations and business process transformation.
• Expertise in Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Product Management operations.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or similar methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, multicultural teams in a matrix organization.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on ability to execute and drive change.
• Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Fluent English; additional European languages a plus.
