Qualifications

• Strong business analysis foundation with elicitation, process mapping and stakeholder interviews.
• Experience with business cases and financial modelling, including benefits identification and tracking.
• Analytical rigour with imperfect data and defensible numbers.
• Commercial awareness of consulting engagement pricing, scoping and drift prevention.
• Confident communicator presenting to senior stakeholders up to board level.
• Solid AI literacy and ability to assess adoption drivers.
• Ability to identify and scope next opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Baselining current-state operations, covering cost, volume, errors and time, to anchor value claims.
• Building quantified business cases with sensitivity analyses on key assumptions.
• Modeling realised value, considering adoption and integration.
• Advising on build-vs-buy decisions with clear reasoning.
• Linking solutions to client OKRs and board metrics.
• Tracking benefits against baseline through pilots with evidence.
• Contributing to go/stop decisions and honest case to stop.
• Delivering BA work: requirements elicitation, process analysis and documentation.
• Turning engagement evidence into reusable value benchmarks.
