One day you could be inspecting completed contractor works and signing off invoices; the next, you could be managing a refurbishment project or overseeing a larger capital scheme such as a roof or window replacement programme.
It’s a hands‑on surveying role with a strong mix of technical inspections, project delivery, contract management and client‑facing responsibility.
The portfolio is 100% corporate and commercial, rather than residential housing.
