Kinetic Recruitment are seeking a Building Manager to oversee a commercial property in the Greater Manchester area. The role is permanent, 8am–6pm with a 1‑hour lunch break; salary is disclosed on application and is above market rate.

You will operate the reception, welcome visitors and staff, and liaise with tenants daily. Responsibilities include booking meeting rooms, monitoring cleaning standards, and maintaining building check sheets.

• Liaise with tenants daily.
• Book meeting rooms.
• Check cleaning standards.
• Maintain building check sheets, including toilets and showers.
• Coordinate minor maintenance with the Facilities Manager.
• Check exterior presentation of the building.
• Maintain high levels of customer service for tenants.
• Oversee amenity area operations if applicable (coffee/vending machines, gym).
• Close down the building and prepare for the next day.
• Liaise with on-site senior management.
