Job summary

Kinetic plc is seeking a Building Manager to oversee a commercial property in the Preston Brook area. This is a permanent role with hours 8am to 6pm (1 hour lunch) and paid for 45 hours. Salary disclosed on application but is above market rate.

You will be employed by a large and renowned building/property development company. The day-to-day responsibilities include overall responsibility for looking after the building on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities

• Operate reception; welcome visitors and staff daily.
• Liaise daily with tenants.
• Book meeting rooms.
• Check cleaning standards.
• Maintain building check sheets; daily checks of toilets and showers.
• Coordinate with Facilities Manager on small maintenance and paint touch-ups.
• Monitor external presentation of the building.
• Maintain high customer service levels for tenants daily.
• Manage amenities area: coffee machines, vending, gym; ensure operation throughout the day.
• Close down building and amenities to ready for next day.
• Liaise with on-site senior management.
