Job Summary:

We are seeking two detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Broker Handlers to join our expanding and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Policy Administration:Handle the administration of commercial insurance policies, including renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Documentation:Prepare and review insurance documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Customer Service:Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Team Collaboration:Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Compliance:Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure all activities comply with legal and regulatory standards.

Qualifications / Qualities:

• Proven experience in commercial insurance brokerage or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite / Acturis experience preferred
• Relevant certifications (e.g CII Qualifications) are a plus.
