Job summary

Get Recruited (UK) Ltd in Stockport is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join our growing independent brokerage. You will support an Account Executive with a varied client portfolio, handling renewals, policy adjustments and day-to-day client inquiries.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of commercial insurance experience, strong communication, organization and attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with clients and insurers.

Qualifications

• At least three years' solid commercial insurance experience.
• A sound understanding of commercial insurance products and confidence handling client enquiries.
• An organised approach, attention to detail and the ability to manage your workload.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues.
• Experience with mid-market clients and supporting an Account Executive would be preferred.
• Acturis knowledge and Motor Trade insurance experience would also be beneficial, but neither is essential.

Responsibilities

Develop your commercial insurance career with a growing independent brokerage, working closely with an Account Executive to support a varied client portfolio.

We're working with an independent brokerage looking for an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join its team. This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys understanding clients' businesses, working through their insurance requirements and building relationships with clients and insurers. Experience handling mid-market commercial clients would be particularly valuable.
