Commercial Bodyshop Manager

Reporting To

Managing Director

Role Description

We are looking to recruit an experienced commercial bodyshop manager to join our team. You will oversee and facilitate the day-to-day running of our bodyshop. Responsibilities include maintaining the bodywork of our commercial fleet and growing the business through sourcing third-party work.

Key Duties include:
  1. Organize the bodyshop to ensure all work is carried out promptly.
  2. Ensure all job cards are completed and work is quality checked.
  3. Deliver financial results in line with budgeted requirements.
  4. Support site resources and costs to optimize capability and profitability.
  5. Manage relationships with work providers and suppliers effectively.
  6. Ensure compliance with all company processes, Health & Safety standards, PAS125, and manufacturer standards.
  7. Implement structured performance management processes for staff.
Experience Required

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role or environment. Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and commercial paintwork is essential.
