The Commercial & Bid Manager is responsible for all contract and commercial agreements, ensuring the highest standards of commercial practice are maintained.

This role involves interfacing with internal and external stakeholders during bid generation and contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the creation and management of bids and contracts, ensuring transparency and risk mitigation.
  • Negotiate Terms and Conditions, NDAs, and other contracts with customers.
  • Ensure bids are supported by valid quotations and adhere to governance.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the bid and contract process.
  • Maintain legal terms and contract standards.
  • Support customers in understanding proposals, payment plans, and milestones.
  • Stay updated on industry and legal practices through training and conferences.
  • Contribute to long-term business planning and growth strategies.
