Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a candidate to support the Cost and Commercial Assurance team in delivering cost verification commissions and client insights. You will analyse complex financial data, review contractual compliance, and present evidence-based recommendations.

Working with a Senior Cost Consultant, you will utilise systems like COINS, SAP, ICON and Oracle, along with advanced Excel skills, to drive clear commercial outcomes for diverse projects across the UK.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline; professional membership advantageous.
• Experience with cost verification, data analysis and commercial principles.
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience with COINS, SAP, ICON, Oracle or similar systems; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage defined areas of cost verification commissions.
• Analyse cost data against contractual and commercial principles.
• Review cost and commercial management systems and processes.
• Undertake data sampling, payroll and employment contract audits.
• Travel to client sites and other UK locations as required.
• Present findings and practical recommendations to contractors and stakeholders.
• Support and mentor junior colleagues.
