Commercial Associate - Top 100 National Law Firm

Our client, a Top 100 National Law Firm, is seeking a talented Commercial Associate to join their highly regarded team in London, Sussex, or Surrey. The firm is known for delivering high-quality legal advice and is experiencing significant growth. They are looking for a commercially minded lawyer with excellent drafting skills to support their expanding client base.

Responsibilities include:

• Drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, including:

1. Supply and manufacturing agreements
2. Brand licensing and IP-related contracts
3. IT and technology agreements
4. Outsourcing and procurement contracts
5. Data protection and cybersecurity matters

You will work closely with an established Commercial team experienced in technology, intellectual property, and data protection. Prior experience in these areas is desirable but not essential. The team seeks high-quality lawyers with a strong background in commercial contract work.

Ideal Candidate:

• NQ-2 years PQE with experience in commercial contracts
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage a diverse workload and advise clients on complex business arrangements
• Exposure to technology, IP, or data privacy matters is beneficial but not required
• A proactive and commercially focused mindset
• Good academic background
