Commercial Solicitor

We are working on a great role for a commercial solicitor to join a top tier commercial team to work on an excellent quality of commercial work. This commercial team are based in Cardiff, where you will be able to work on a hybrid basis.

As the successful commercial solicitor, you'll be working within a top tier commercial team, advising a high quality commercial client base. This commercial team act for clients across a range of sectors to include local authorities, education, technology and government. Your caseload will be advising and negotiating on commercial contracts, due diligence and procurement. You will also be providing day to day assistance and advice to your clients.

This role would suit somebody who has commercial experience and has at least 3 years PQE. If you have more or less, please still apply. You must be able to show experience working on a range of commercial agreements.
