As a Commercial Assistant, you'll work within our ambitious and driven Commercial team. You will provide admin support and assist with the creation and management of customer quotes, tender submissions, and bid documentation. You will be a proactive team member ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
You'll work part-time on a hybrid basis, with occasional in-person collaboration sessions. We are looking for someone in the Kent or Gwent area. The role offers approximately 18–21.5 hours per week, with an FTE salary of £25,000 per annum.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the Commercial team by creating, reviewing, and dispatching customer quotes.
- Completing company information on tender portals such as Health Force Family, Pro Contract, and Intend.
- Highlighting key tender clarifications and actions to the Chief Commercial Officer and ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinating the signature process for key documents, liaising with directors.
- Maintaining and updating records in Microsoft Dynamics.
- Organising and maintaining a bid library with key documents, templates, and responses.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings with clients and internal teams.
- Assisting in formatting and organising documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Collaborating with Finance and Heads of Service to gather and track bid responses.
- Ensuring ITTs and PQQs are completed, meet requirements, and are submitted on time.
- Monitoring tender portals daily for new opportunities and relaying information to the team.
- Supporting the Marketing Team with research and quotes for services.
- Organising and filing opportunities, client details, and contracts in SharePoint.
- Supporting clinical teams with marketing activities such as email campaigns.
We'd Love It If You Had
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Loop).
- Knowledge of the bid process.
- Experience with tender portals (training provided if needed).
- Previous experience in a commercial or administrative support role preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare or neurodiversity is an advantage.
