Job Title: Sales Assistant at Deichmann

Deichmann is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant to join our team at the Ashford store.

Salary: Up to £12.41 per hour + non-contractual, hourly sales commission.

Position Details: This is a part-time, permanent role, contracted for 8 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have energy, drive, and passion for working in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Approaching customers and providing helpful, knowledgeable product information.
  2. Serving customers at the till and processing sales transactions.
  3. Recommending and promoting complementary products.
  4. Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  5. Replenishing stock to ensure shelves are always full.
  6. Processing stock deliveries promptly.

  8. Performing additional ad hoc duties as required.
